Mr. Paul Stupple has been appointed as Chief Operations Officer. Paul is a native of the mid-Hudson Valley, having grown up in Milton, near Poughkeepsie. His career, however, has taken him everywhere but this area, including Cairo, Egypt, where he served for 12 years in educational administration as well as with the Middle East Times, Moscow, where he was program coordinator for the International Educational Foundation, and Suriname and Costa Rica, where he with his wife Barbara established missionary churches.
Mr. Stupple will oversee financial and facilities management, and guide the development of IT support, conference services and business planning. His ability to speak in six languages will assist his service to UTS’s international student body.
