UTS is offering a special Intensive Course that is tailor-made for you! In today's ever-changing and ever-expanding global market, we need new tools, skills and knowledge if we are to be truly effective. That is the heart of this course: Leadership and Organizational Planning. Some of us are called to leadership and ministry. Some of us have leadership thrust upon us. Whichever description fits you, this course will give you the substance and confidence that you need to do your job effectively.
Taught by a minister of a thriving urban-based church who is well-trained in management, Leadership and Organizational Planning will be life-changing. In addition, for those of you with full schedules and little time to devote to a class, the course is conveniently scheduled so as to require just four (4) weekends of your time. This three (3) credit course will meet over two weekends in November and two weekends in December. Imagine - you can receive three graduate level credits, valuable skills and tools that you will be able to use in your own ministries and jobs - all that and just spend four weekends in class.
